Laurent Boinot is America's Power & Utilities Industry Leader at Microsoft. In this role, Laurent is responsible for identifying trends, opportunities and use cases leveraging Microsoft and its partners to do more with less. Prior to his current role, Laurent worked in strategy consulting across four continents and built Europe’s first Massive Open Online Course company. He recently co-authored a paper in the International Journal of Sustainable Development on AI methods applied to assessment of environmental risk for World Bank projects. Laurent is a Chartered Accountant and earned a Master's in Public Administration at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Successfully implemented and integrated the PI System and Station Maintenance Management System at Alectra Utilities Achieved Maintenance Optimization by transitioning from Time Based Maintenance to Risk Based Condition Based Maintenance through RCM, CMMS (EAM/ERP) and AVEVA PI System. Improving Safety and Reliability by leveraging technology, station automation and process improvement.

Georges is a Solution Consultant with over 7 years of experience working with the PI System, helping customers solve operational business challenges by leveraging capabilities of both the PI System and AVEVA Data Hub. He helps identify and demonstrate value, as well as architect scalable solutions across industries in Canada.

Mary-Alice Amaral is a Presales Consultant at AVEVA supporting the Operations Control portfolio. She focuses on channel partner engagements for AVEVA's HMI/SCADA offerings as well as connected worker solutions. Mary-Alice holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.

Jeenesh Luximon holds a Master’s degree in Production Technology from the University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France. He began his career as Head of Department and Lecturer in Automation and Maintenance at the Institut Supérieur de Technologie (IST) in Mauritius. During his time there, he designed training curricula for post-secondary and continuous education programs and built partnerships for project implementation across industries such as sugar, textiles, and manufacturing.

In 2002, Jeenesh moved to Canada, where he joined a Montreal-based systems integrator, focusing on designing automated control architectures for end-line packaging systems in the food industry. His role took him across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, where he installed, commissioned, and troubleshooted these automated systems.

In 2006, Jeenesh joined Schneider Electric as a Product Application Engineer (PAE) for Drives and Motion, later transitioning to the OEM Conversion Team with a focus on material handling, HVAC, hoisting, and pumping applications. Since 2022, he has led and developed EcoStruxure Automation Expert-based solutions.

Swapnali Shende is a Senior Presales Consultant in the Monitoring and Controls team in North America. She has over fifteen years of experience in Oil and Gas industry successfully navigated various facets, working with licensors, EPC firms, and operating companies. From working on projects involving inspections, commissioning, and startup as a field consultant to developing specification for process control and instrumentation design within EPC, to being involved in the day-to-day operations of a running plant as Automation Engineer, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry's nuances and intricacies. Armed with a master’s degree in chemical engineering, she remains committed to driving excellence in this ever-evolving industry landscape. Williams started his career in the alternate energy segment, however his interest in design/automation and CAD CAM led to his long career in offshore oil and gas industry working on high value capex projects. In the last 16 years, he has worked with companies like Sembcorp Marine and Sapura Kencana in South East Asia, implementing and maintaining the CAD system for design and production. Since joining AVEVA, he supports the oil and gas energy majors in their journey of achieving engineering and design excellence.

Michael Harkissoon is a Consultant with AVEVA specializing with the Mobile Operator and Limble applications. He joined AVEVA in 2024 after holding various positions the Oil Sands industry since 2009 including Heavy Equipment Operator, Extraction Plant Operator, and IntelaTrac Database Administrator at an Oil Sands mining site in northern Alberta. Michael also has experience with Facilities Management from being the site focal for maintaining building infrastructure at a high-risk research facility. Michael lives in the greater Calgary region and is a graduate of the Power & Process Operations program at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Laurent Laporte co-founded Braincube in 2007. Since then, he has spent his time infusing our customers’ vision into the Braincube portfolio. Craig Callan is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Industry X practice, known for his expertise in digital transformation and his ability to harness technology for business advancement. Ted Combs is Industry Principal for Consumer Products at AVEVA.  Ted has fifteen years of experience working directly in the Consumer Products industry and over twenty years’ experience in Information and operations Technology.  He was Global VP for Consumer Products Solutions at SAP and Global Managing Director of Consumer Goods industry at Microsoft.  He has worked with many companies both large and small helping them discover value and transform digitally.  Ted earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Juan Pablo Collados leads the Asset Performance and Digital Manufacturing Technical Consulting practices at AVEVA. He joined AVEVA in July of 1992 and has held various positions including Asset Performance Project Delivery Manager, Business Development Manager, and Principal Solution Architect. Juan Pablo has vast experience with all aspects of the AVEVA Operations and Engineering Business Units and Portfolio offerings. He is well-versed with numerous industries including Energy, Infrastructure, MMM, Food & Beverage, CPG, and Pulp & Paper. Juan Pablo resides in the Burlington Ontario area.

Erin is a senior analyst supporting AVEVA’s Sustainability Product Accelerator, a team focusing on driving sustainability solutions and strategies to help industrial customers meet the most pressing needs on the low-carbon transition, circularity and resilience. She has 7 years of experience working on climate and sustainability issues for companies and governments having previously worked as a consultant for PwC in their ESG Services practice and for ICF in their Climate Planning practice. She has a successful track record of helping organizations plan and act to reduce their environmental impact, develop and scale ESG programs, and navigate an ever-evolving regulatory lanscape for ESG reporting. Erin holds a BS in International Business and Economics fom Western Kentucky University and an MS in Spatial, Transport, and Environmental Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
